Open to successful graduates of the Teacher Fellowship, Mentor Fellows facilitate Teacher Fellows' immersion in the Democratic STEM Teaching Framework, practice facilitation of adult learning, and manage all aspects of the Teacher Fellowship.

~75 hours over one semester per cohort lead - Teacher Fellowship and bimonthly meetings with Mentor Fellow community.
